A good value, cute little hotel. Nice teak features, clean, tidy, central walkable location in the old town. Quiet. The pool is pretty small and breakfast about average but overall its really nice, clean, central and value for money.

This hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The staff were so kind and polite and the breakfast wasn’t bad.

Pha Thai house was a pleasant surprise. Since it was our first time to Chiang Mai we didn’t know what a good location would be. Pha Thai was the perfect base for exploring Old Town. The room was great, breakfast was a nice surprise and the pool, although on the small side, was a great place to cool off in the afternoon or evening. The staff was very helpful. The property itself was like walking into a colonial tropical mansion. Lots of hardwood, antiques, flowers and water features. We very much enjoyed our time there and certainly return on another occasion.

The property was very clean as well as the room. The breakfast could have been warmer but overall a very nice stay.

Great place to stay

Absolutely fabulous stay for my son and I. Clean, quiet, great staff, breakfast was wonderful. Room were nice. Felt like we were in the jungle and not in the middle of the Old City. Close to Night Market, food, massage, temples, drinks, etc. We will return when back in Chaing Mai.

Staff were super lovely. Pleasantly surprised by how spacious the rooms were, and the hotel was a lovely oasis in the middle of the bustling old city. Would highly recommend, and if I find myself in Chiang Mai again, I would not hesitate in booking this hotel again- a perfect stay!

Clean rooms, hard bed, small rooms. But the staff and location make up for it.. I would recommend
