The location is fantastic, 200mts to Termini, surrounded by cafes and bars which are very reasonably priced. The property is undergoing some upgrades which are needed but despite being old the rooms and bathrooms are very clean.

Cheap hotel next to the main train station.

Hotel was old fashioned and like a labarynth trying to get from the reception desk to the lift and lift to room. Not all flat, some stairs, so not good with heavy suitcases. Room was o.k. Breakfast was good. Had little dealings with staff, other than at the reception desk, but no problems there air con was good.

All staff were friendly and very helpful. Air conditioning was poor, we had it set on the lowest cold setting and it was still warm.

The staff was very helpful in aiding me to get reservations for various activities in Rome. They were always cheerful and friendly and very eager to help to make my stay in Rome memorable.

the shower space was tiny, hard to step into. a bidet in washroom took floor footage so I could not turn myself to step off from showering. I doubt anybody use this bidet. Face lavatory was with cracking but not leaking. Floor was old and ugly.

Very affordable and walkable for Canadian tourists! Has an old Rome feeling it’s just amongst all the locals so you get a very cool experience

The breakfast provisions were fresh and varied. The staff was extraordinarily helpful!

Room was a little small, a bit dated.

The hotel Needs updating the people were nice.
