There was no air con, there’s a fan and the window opens fully but on the top floor it was still v warm all night. Bathroom was tiny but functional and the shower was good. Really convenient for train & the staff were nice

Good value for money and in a quiet spot close to St Pancras and Kings Cross

Excellent location, walking distance to Euston Station. Well equipped kitchen with hot plate, oven and microwave. Not large but very functional

Ideal location, great price, everything we needed for a short stay. Staff friendly. It felt safe. Definitely will book again.

Our stay was wonderful, our room was lovely and clean, the air conditioning and easy to operate thermostat were fantastic. The local amenities were as always, excellent. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. We’ve stayed here previously on a few occasions, and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Studio2Let was incredibly conveniently located and in good condition. We would absolutely stay at this property (or one of their others) again and would recommend to folks we konw.

Too much climbing stairs for older people to the highest floor. Top floor too hot. At least screens should be placed in windows and some form of better ventilation, Otherwise assistance with luggage should be considered for top floors. Otherwise great location for the city attractions and transportation.

Room was far tinier than it looks in the photos, in ever regard. Kind of minimalist. No elevator, just absolute basics. On the plus side, I was there during the recent heat wave and the AC was fantastic. Kept the room cold, and the unit was quiet. Frankly, given the complete absence of AC every else, this moved it from 3 stars to 4. Staff are useless.

The room had a great location and having a kitchen with a fridge was very useful. The staff was nice but I unfortunately had a surprise on my check-in. My room had a broken air conditioning during a heat wave. Luckily the staff was able to change my room for the following night. That was my main gripe but other things to be conscious of: * Rooms here can have you walk up 3 flights of stairs with your luggage (no lift), * The restrooms are particularly small. For someone with a big stature, the shower can feel quite restrictive.

Stay here loads and it’s always good - for the price I haven’t found anything better
