All good

Yellow water coming out from shower and sink, With very strong odor. Room not fully cleaned when first checked in. Loud noise coming from ac that would disturb our sleep.

The Bathroom and the room have a foul odor. There seems to be an issue with the water of the sink and shower. It is yellow and smells horrible. The toilet is weak barely flushes anything. The AC h Leaves a terrible smell. Make sure your door lock closes, because it certain rooms, the door does not lock and the AC and is weak. The cleaning service lady with the blonde short hair is rude amd has an attitude. You can expect random cleaning service around 4 pm. Not to mention, the bedsheets are not clean and have a smell and the matresses are really hard and creak a lot.The hotel restaurant food is somewhat overpriced. They do have great security at the front entrance, which is a plus.

I had a great stay and experience. Staff was super nice and breakfast was amazing, everyone was very accommodating.

Didn’t like the room, for the price that we paid! I understand there was a special event going on and we expect to pay higher prices however, it doesn’t justify the room. We were given a room on the first floor. The room had no windows, stuffy, the air conditioner turned off every 20 mins. Toilet seat was falling apart and the bathroom had a bad sewer smell. It appears to me the this room was converted from a previous office to a “Hotel room” . If I return to this city, I will not book at this hotel. The only good thing I can comment for this hotel is the location.

Great service

The water coming from the shower head smelled like metal. As well as the water coming out of the sink. They also charged a fee for using a clothing iron which I found odd.

air condition was perfect. location is great. only issues was the water would sometimes come out yellow.
