This was a great place but with relatively disappointing service. Pros: Great location Excellent pool area Good quality food and choices Excellent room set up Tappanyaki restaurant was great Cons: Service at the restaurant (Grill) was terrible - we waited 45 minutes, just to get our drinks. We had to constantly chase to get them to bring food - similar story was happening at breakfast, even though the place did not look very busy. Staff at the reception was also disorganised - we had booked our air transfers in advance and had everything agreed - but the night before we had different people contacting us with completely different information WhatsApp communications were also generally useless if you wanted a response within the hour

The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful. The property had beautiful views of the sunset and it was cliffside. The rooms were made special and perfect for us. We celebrated our engagement at this property and they more than exceeded our expectations. Wonderful staff and rooms highly recommend!

The resort is beautiful, the staff is all so warm welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious with a magnificent view, breakfast was included and fantastic, the 360 restaurant with the ocean view and tons of options healthy juices and wellness shots were amazing !

Phenomenal staff!!! I can’t emphasize how wonderful they were. Rooms were so spacious and beautiful. Breath taking views and gorgeous sunsets.

Place needs a renovation and to upgrade fixtures and fittings, very dated

We have been to many 5 star hotels in the world, including states as well but staying here for 3 days was the best experience we have ever had. You couldn’t ask for anything better. Great ocean views, infinity pool, in room dining 24 hours, instant room cleanup, spa, photography, etc. We will surely revisit this hotel and recommend others to do the same.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. The setting is gorgeous. The gym was great. The staff was wonderful!

Gorgeous rooms, amazing selection for breakfast. The food at the restaurant was great, the chef was amazing with special requests. The staff went far & beyond & really made the trip one to remember. I would highly recommend

I will start by saying initially we came there for my birthday not knowing there was major construction happening right next door to the property. Our first night we were kept up all night by the workers who decided to pull an all nighter. Though that was not a pleasant experience, after I made my complaint to the front of house, management and staff made sure very quickly that we were heard and taken care of. They immediately the following morning switched our room (even upgraded us) and made sure we were well accommodated for our interrupted evening. So though it did not get off to the best start our first night, the way the staff handled the situation was nothing less than 5 star. Of course they have no way of controlling the construction happening on a different property but when brought to their attention of our displeasure, they stepped up and took care of our every need quickly to turn the tide of our experience. Other than the construction issue, the property itself is beautiful, the staff are wonderful, the management made sure we were happy, the breakfast was delicious and my special birthday dinner by the ocean was perfect. Thank you to Anantara for creating a wonderful birthday experience after such a rocky start. Well done!
