合肥栢景朗廷酒店 (The Langham, Hefei)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Excellent hotel I terms of space, cleaness and front desk staff. The Mix Hall is close by with superb selection of shops, restaurants and bakeries

You can't go wrong booking this hotel

True 5 star experience. Room was spotless and premium. Fit and finish of the hotel is great. Overall made for a comfortable stay.

I like the vibe and room setting. It’s chic and comfy. This is my first time to stay with a Langham hotel which has exceeded my expectations.

One of the best places in Hefei. VERY nice. Hotel condition is spotless, the staff at their main restaurant were extremely courteous and polite. Had a great time at the place. Thanks.

nice place

it was nice. very nice place... the lady at the fitness are and pool was so nice. checkin and checkout were nice. breakfast was nice

Cordeon blue from.the menu was very good but.the spaghetti was not. The breakfast was good. the pool and hot tub were very.nice too.

The whole place was beautifully designed and constructed The rooms were large

The good: The facilities were great, the room was wonderful, and the breakfast was good. The pool and workout facilities were really nice. The bad: The service was mediocre, some cleanliness issues. We stayed two nights. The first night we ate some fruit in our room, and the dirty plates were never taken from our room. During our stay we had a friend come to visit us. We wanted to relax in the lobby/bar (which was completely emptyexcept for the three servers) while we waited for our friend to arrive, but a hostess directed us to a crowded area on the side of the lobby to wait. Checkout was painful. We had a friend with us that spoke Chinese and the hostess kept speaking to her about some issues with the checkout. I asked multuple times for her to stop speaking to our friend (who had nothing to do with our stay at the hotel, and who we did not want involved in the finances of the stay) but the hostess told me that she did not speak English. I can understand that a hostess may not be comfortable using English, but the hotel needs to provide for international guests if they want to be an upscale, international hotel. We usually stay at the Shangri-la. Based on our overall experience, I would say that the Shangri-la usually provides a better stay, at a better price.
