Room is clean, staff are friendly. Location is very strategic as it's opposite Shizuoka main station and within walking distance of many other places.

The room was clean, and front desk staff was extremely friendly. The only minus was the breakfast staff that said in a tone that was pushy and said they were closing soon . I replied there is still 30 minutes left before the end of ‘breakfast’ and that is plenty of time. ( it was a continental breakfast, breads and drinks only, self serve).

Clean, great bakery breakfast (must eat downstairs - no take out), coin op washer-dryer had built in soap and app to see when done and worked beautifully. Easy walk to trains and dining.

Very close to JR Shizuoka. Only 1 lift for both guests and staff. Breakfast was bread and coffee/drinks only; it would have been better to have breakfast outside.
