Service was amazing

Ms. Apple and her staff were extremely helpful with room requirements and transportation.

A nice, quiet stay. I will stay there again when I return to Vientiane.

Nice laid-back hotel. We had a 1-Bedroom apt.

Mr. SiPorn was excellent property staff. Makes me want to return.

Free airport shuttle. Nice staff. Communication was okay

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious and modern. Care has been taken to make it feel homely. Serving the customer is the hallmark of service and staff respond quickly to every need. Very, very impressive. Some of them speak English and that it itself is a real plus. The breakfast is great too. Although there is a need for a wider selection, The spicy sausage is a must. There is free wifi access and the housekeeping staff do a remarkable job of keeping the rooms in pristine condition. I would unequivocally recommend Capitol residence to the discerning business traveler. Why not give it a go?
