The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was usually a Filipino breakfast. My room was dirty when I arrived; it looked like a storage room. Marina Houk.

There's a new 7-11 just across the road from the hotel. But if your transaction are by the main road. The road to JC Aquino is almost inaccessible on foot as it muddy and lots of puddles. Difficult to walk around so you need taxi or tuktuk all the time.

I booked a hotel room here for the first time. Paid about over 5 thousand pesos per night. Hotel was fine it looks outdated cause the front of the hotel doesnt look like it had been painted or pressure washed atleast, inside the carpet in isle where you go to your room and elevator looks kind of dusty and dark colored, like i don't think it's been deeply cleaned. but we'll maintained i think. One thing I was surprised with was our towels. My goodness, it was like dirty white color or dirtier white. I've never seen a towel colored like that. The free breakfast was fine. There were a lot to choose from but I think I'd like to see more green vegetables for breakfast than oily cooked food. But it was good enough. It was an ok stay.

The room was clean, however they still have a roach problem.

The hotel needs to invest in cockroach bait so I need not kill the small ones. Hot water was available after request. Couch was hard, bed was good, tv is large, aircon was strong, and breakfast was good. Nice stay for Butuan and inexpensive. Great all you can eat on the corner.

Staff were pleasant and friendly, the room was good and it was ready when i arrived

More cockroachs in the rooms...(ours & our friends) The staff is excellent however I feel its under managed.
