The location is excellent. Management is working on any issue within minutes. The restaurant was available for dining with reasonable prices and good food. I enjoyed the American breakfast. Sports are always on the monitors. Restaurant/bar staff are friendly. I enjoyed a game or two of billiards.

Its a cool place for being right on lk metro and soi buakhao , staff really doesn't care what you do as long as you follow their basic rules , one thing though check for bed bugs and ants after my first night I woke up with all these bites and saw bed bugs all over my pillows and then ants were all over the bedside stand not a pleasant experience on that part but I didnt mention it I just fixed the problem I dont know where the ants kept coming from though

The staff was very nice. But the area was too busy and noisy. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. There was a leak in the shower so that the bathroom floor was always wet and slippery. Our room had ants in it.

Great place to stay, in the heart of all the action. A big thank you to Collin and the whole team for making me feel so welcome. I’ll definitely will return here again

Stayed here before and would recommend,layed back place with no hassle. The place is not modern but has a good sized room and balcony, could do with some maintenance in places but overall very good. Access to the rooms is through a busy bar.

Great Sports bar atmosphere downstairs in the restaurant/ bar. Wonderful management staff and great service. Perfect fit for the area the where the Hotel is located.

Stay the budget guest house $17 per night, no complaints, it serves good breakfast at reasonable price.
