(The Right Place)

Initially difficult to find as it is in a shared block but a quick phone call sorted the check in instructions. The place was spotlessly clean. Only 1 cup and no kettle in the room but a coffee machine and microwave (to heat water for tea) available in the lobby. Breakfast could be picked up from a lovely little cafe around the corner with vouchers left for Coffee and croissant. Really close to the metro for getting into the city and some great restaurants nearby for eating locally

Very clean and neat - perfect location in relation to where my daughter is living. The staff I encountered was friendly and helpful (via WhatsApp and the cleaning lady). Self check in was easy - though a little intimidating for a first-time visitor to Rome (I didn’t expect there to be other businesses in the building!) Two minor complaints - I asked them to arrange my transport from the airport to the guest house and the driver never showed up. And the two flight walk up with luggage (on a hot night) was unwelcome after a long travel day. A/C in the room didn’t work first night, but once they got it going, it was perfect. Once I was settled in and got over that hurdle, no complaints.
