The hotel staff are very helpful, polite and professional in dealing with clients. Clemens went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable by changing our room accommodations as requested. The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to many attractions, dining, entertainment and metro is few minutes away. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended.

A great duplex room- ideal for a family of 4 with children. Very close to transport links and some great attractions in Paris.

As an American, I find all of the rooms in Europe to be small. But our room was very well laid out and comfortable. The area is not too touristy, but it is close to the Arc d'Triumph and the metro. And the best part was the woman who worked behind the desk that made us feel so welcome and was so helpful. I strongly recommend this place.

The hotel is clean, and the staff are very friendly. They need to improve the breakfast.

Very clean room, had everything you could need - kettle, fridge, hairdryer, tv etc. Perfect location, in a really nice area and only a 10 minute walk to Arc De Triomphe. Staff were helpful and would definitely stay here again if returning to Paris.

Ok let’s be honest here this hotel is not full of amenities like a bar and a reception room the bedrooms are small. The breakfast is continental but adequate. There is a construction site almost touching the hotel so you won’t get a view.On the plus side the location for all the sights of Paris is terrific the station Ternes is a 4 min walk. The bedroom is spotless bed comfy pillows so soft bathroom shower fabulous great magnifying mirror. Staff friendly . Did it work for us for seeing Paris absolutely as that’s what you are there for to sight see
