Everything was as it should be.

This property is pristine and the staff was one of the best I have experience. The team at the front desk could teach a class on professionalism in the hospitality industry. They are an A +. The property is very clean and exceeds expectations for a city hotel. They have parking, excellent bathrooms and enough room to be comfortable for an extended stay. Every night they brought the room back to an A + standard. The property is really close to everything and just about everything can be reached by foot once we valeted the car for a few days. Driving in this city is not for everyone but we survived. They were very helpful getting us the best route In and out. The property has an excellent breakfast and several food options for dinner. We also really did like Grillo for breakfast. The hotel is not inexpensive but I feel is 100% worth the cost. I would highly recommend for a few night stay in Florence. I will be back. Thank you for a great stay!

This property is really beautiful and steps away from everything. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the front desk staff went above and beyond helping us book tours and giving us information. They booked us into a roof top bar so we could see the sunset over the Duomo! The room is so clean and the staff are in every morning and night. Bottled water is replenished every day and is complimentary which is so nice when you come back after a long day.There is a mini bar which we did not utilize. The only thing I would mention to anyone booking this hotel is that our room had a very tiny shower and it was difficult to move enough to wash your hair maybe check that you have a full size bath or shower. Our room overlooked the street so no view at all. We had to keep the curtains shut because we looked directly into another building. Otherwise it was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

The room was a little small with a few stairs, but very clean. The location was very good and close to everything. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was also very good.

The room is as moderate size but the staff and uniqueness of the hotel made up for the room size. The hospitality here is above and beyond. Courteous and attentive!

We loved our stay. The location is perfect. The staff are amazing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We will absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in Florence.
