静安紫苑服务公寓 (Jing'an Ziyuan Apartment)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The location is convenient , easy to access shops and restaurants. Room is right size to us and clean

There are many restaurants nearby and transportation is quite convenient, but the kitchen facilities indoors are limited.

Good

it is walking distance to major subway line 2 which runs from hongqiao airport through city center to Pudong airport. you can basically take subway to go to all major spots in the city. plenty of dining options and western bars nearby. a ALDI grocery around the corner, starbucks coffee.

host was very helpful. Hotel is in downtown 15 minute walk from metro.great deal

Overall is good but interior with an old furniture smell. Staff is very friendly and always respond promptly via chat.

Staff are good and room is ok

The lo location is reasonably good, but is about 20 min walk from the metro stop. The unit it self was great on the 27th floor great views and nice layout. The furnishing is poor, no desk work station in the living room. (I moved the deck from the bed room to the living room to have a work station) The Kitchen had very little. The place needed a good deep cleaning, everywhere. The unit has lots of potential to be really great with a bit of a tune up of the furniture and such and with some deep cleaning. The direction to find the place are not very good as it is in the back of a beauty medical building. They rent a number of units and I had the deluxe one which was a full one bed place. I got the WeChat of the host or not sure how one checks in and gets the keys. Suggest to ask for the WeChat before going that. Overall was great play to stay but with just a bit of effort it could be a lot better.

Service was excellent!staff was very helpful . But it need more tension on details of cleaning

Nice location. One employee spoke English. We needed a two room apartment with a door to close the bedroom off in this apartment was perfect for that.
