The hotel is rather old. Carpets were wet - maybe humidity? Bathroom smelled like cat pee. No amentities. Loud bar on the first floor. However the breakfast was decent. Doubt I’ll stay again

Decent accomodations for an affordable stay. Facility is dated, hallways poorly ventilated and could use some tlc to freshen up common areas.

The photos on Expedia are very deceptive and do not accurately represent this property. The room was far below acceptable standards and felt like a neglected motel from the 1990s. The furniture was worn, maintenance was poor, and the entire property smelled moldy, humid, and dirty. The air quality was honestly a 2/10. If we hadn’t been on a tight budget, we would have left immediately and booked another hotel. We seriously considered abandoning our reservation despite the financial loss because we felt misled by both Expedia and Wyndham. The public restrooms in the lobby were dirtier than restrooms I’ve used at Penn Station in Newark and New York City. During one night of our stay, a framed picture fell off the wall beside our bed while we were sleeping. There were holes in the blinds, cigarette stains on the lamp fixture, and one light bulb had been secured with duct tape, which appeared to be a serious fire hazard. The exterior light fixture outside our room, along with several others on the property, was missing its protective cover. The A/C vent and duct cover were loose and covered with what looked like months, if not years, of accumulated dust and dirt. I have photographs documenting every issue described above. Had the listing accurately reflected the property’s condition, I never would have booked this hotel. I am requesting that Expedia review this property and provide an appropriate resolution.

This place does not look like the pictures. They must have remodeled 1 room and took a picture of that one. Very run down. Halls smell gross. 1st room I checked into smelled like fish & had an ozone machine plugged in & on. The 2nd roon wasn't too much better but made due since I was traveling with son for the Junior Olympics.

The positives are that the staff was very helpful and it was incredibly easy to be shuttled from the airport and back to the airport. Courteous shuttle drivers. The negatives are: room was not clean. My sheets had stains on them. I found quite a few dark hairs in the bathroom. There were no drains on the sink or bathtub/shower…. My room phone didn’t work. Also- my room was right by the elevator so I heard loud families all night. Hallways & elevator in need of updating & cleaning. I didn’t really feel safe here as a single woman. Some of the clientele were kind of sketchy.. The bar/restaurant did not seem clean… which is sad because the food they were bringing out from the kitchen looked like it was really nicely prepared. No way was I going to sit down in a dirty bar & eat while extremely loud DJ music was playing at 8 PM with a big disco ball as the lighting. They really should’ve held back that extremely loud music until maybe 10 o’clock at night. Sometimes travelers coming in from the airport can’t be there by regular dinner time. Anyway… A for convenience and polite staff, C minus for cleanliness and comfort.

It was a great stay for a week with a indoor pool

The rooms are clean...the pool needs more chairs and more chlorine it was a little slimy...the waiting area needs new sofas asap...but the staff is good and helpful

Everything was pretty clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the pool was well kept.

Everyone was very kind, and the hotel was very clean. Sam at the help desk was very helpful and comprehensive.
