The hotel was very close to the airport and they picked us up very fast. The area where the hotel is located doesn’t look good. The lady at the desk was not friendly. We had to take an elevator and it was very small and dirty. We could had walked. However, the room and bathroom were clean, my friend and I slept for a few hours and took the shuttle at 4:00 am without any issues. If you are staying for a night, it is a good place to do it.

Rude

Very noisy all night, people outside sitting at.a table in.the.middle of the night smoking weed.watching.something on a phone laughing.. The breakfast was terrible and ran out of stuff.

Only one channel on tv. Shower did not work well. Floor had areas where vinyl was in need of repair. Shuttle service drivers were great. Staff seemed to be helpful.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean and acceptable. The bathroom veas gorgeous, a nice full sized mirror for getting ready. The room has a fridge, iron for clothes, a hairdryer, and soaps. The coffee pot in the room was not very good. The room was nice and cool when we arrived and it smelled nice.

Staff was uncoperative

Badly in neeed of remodeling ! Although it was affordable it wasa lot to pay for a dump.

perfect location near the JFK airport the free shuttle really helped a lot.

Quality inn customer service is terrible. Me and my wife were on our 5th anniversary and traveling from Connecticut. The property cancelled my reservation because they said I didn't call to say that I was coming to the property. We arrived around 5pm. Usually you get a few hours grace period. So basically if you don't prepay you must call them to tell them what's your ETA or your reservation will be cancelled

The hotel is pretty run-down, although the room itself seemed properly cleaned. The room had very poor noise insulation so it was very loud — I could hear the noise of coughing hotel guests, a barking dog in one of the rooms, and a lot of street noise of people yelling. Thus, is it was hard to sleep. The shuttle driver was very nice and it is a fairly short drive to JFK airport. The price of the stay was too much for the quality of accommodations, but I made the reservation last-minute and didn’t have much choice. If you want a quieter room and nicer accommodations I would go elsewhere.
