Good place for family.

We didnt receive aiport pick up and drop off service by the resort. When we asked them the staff stated they don’t peovide that service but why it was written in their hotel information if they dont want to provide this service. Secondly there was wedding going on and it was so noizy until 12.30 am. It was a big bollywood aongs noise and around 15 people were dancing and making noise. We feel like we could have stayed somewhere better instead of this resort so we could enjoy our stay more.

Room was great: needed an extra bed and it was made available very quickly Needed to change the room : and it was done without questions

We had an excellent experience. Property is amazingly beautiful and way to reach the hotel is quite easy. It is located at the center which makes both North and South goa easily accessible.

Great staff. The linen not quite up to standard.

Staff was neither reasonably friendly nor responsive.

It was good experience...Hotel is right at the beach and offers excellent sunset view. Food is not of that great quality ( especially Veg)

restaurant service was pathetic. very poor mobile connectivity- no wifi in the rooms (only lobby area at slow speed)

The room I was given was only for a couple. Whereas I had paid for 3 (a couple n a teenager). The bathrooms were unhygienic n horrible. After much argument I was given a marginally better room with 2single beds. The service was pathetic. There was no running hot water. The food was yucky and the fish was stale. The location is good but the hotel is not well maintainedat all. It's a tacky n shifty place which is not meant for decent people.
