I am a repeated guest and once again I am very statifised with the apartment. Keep up the good work

The property is awesome, it clean, comfortable, quiet and better then we expected. Everyone in this trip is very happy and statifised with the room and it environment. Breakfast is good and the environment to have it is good and above expectations. The only draw back and negative thing is my room which is a family room wasnt ready at 3 plus when I reached there and tried to check. It is only ready at 4 plus close to 5 which is something there can be improved on. Overall it a good property and a good experiences. Will definitely recommend it my friend and will choose this again next time I am coming to batam.

Always my trusted home away from home when I'm in Batam. Good service and generally well maintained.

Room is good Amenities So So Breakfast limited and not so good

Excellent rooms though wish there was a chair with the couch as well for my room

It has provided queen size bed in 2 bedroom as per our request for my family of four. Only improvement needed is to provide pots and pans, knife and cutting board. Having a kitchen but no proper kitchen tools serves no purpose.

A great place to stay with family. Very comfortable. Night Close eyes then open already mg.very nice. Buffet breakfast not many varieties.

Property is old/dated. Check-in meant to be at 2pm but family room still not ready at 3.40pm. We were told to wait for another 15mins when we tried to check in. Reception tried to make good by offering us a late checkout the next day but we declined as we have a ferry to take to return home. They also tried to offer a discount for our next stay which we declined as we were not sure if we will be returning. In the end, they make good by offering a free transfer to the ferry terminal and they sent some fries and water melon juice which we did not consume as were were out the whole evening. Birthday stay was ruined due to the unpleasant check-in experience.

Nice apartment

The serviced apartment is surprisingly clean and nice. Very comfortable for the family. One minor comment is the guests from serviced apartment cannot ask for towel when visiting the pool at the hotel.
