Very friendly staff. Comfortable room with lovely French windows opening on the street. Central location. Great access to El Born. Ask about the basque steakhouse!

Staff were amazing, room was clean as well as public spaces. Gave the hotel a 3 because the bed was very uncomfortable (old and hard) and the toilet in the room stopped flushing two days in a row.

My room was very clean and comfortable and the air conditioning level was fine. Only a small complaint about noise level with the cleaning staff rolling their carts and loud talking in the mornings near my room, but overall nothing major. My room was near the elevator which was good for easy access to my room, but bad when it came to hearing the noise from other people coming and going, and the staff using the elevator with their cleaning carts in the early morning. Did not choose the breakfast option so cannot comment on the food. Overall, I really loved the hotel style and location. The front desk staff were amazing. They assisted with getting us across the street from the taxi with our luggage which was great as the street was very busy in front of the hotel. The hotel bar was very comfortable and cozy. Hotel was fantastic for getting to the main cathedral of (St Eulalia) two blocks and the pier with lots of restaurants was steps away.

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel staff were very helpful and had excellent customer service. Our room was clean and the shower in the bathroom was very nice. We didn’t go to their breakfast but it’s nice they offer it We had a drink the bar. It was very nice! Excellent location. We were staying here before our cruise. We enjoyed the restaurants around the hotel.

We stayed 5 days in Barcelona and loved this hotel for the location, cleanliness and amazing breakfast. Staff was very helpful and professional, room was specious, and nicely finished. We had a street facing window on the 4th level and it was a bit noisy during night but we didn't mind it since we live in busy Chicago area. If you are used to quiet home or are a sensitive sleeper would not recommend street facing room.

The room is very spacious, we found it very clean and is located near bar's and restaurants.

Great location. Room was very small but terrace was lovely although furniture was in poor condition. No amenities in the very small bathroom. Breakfast was basic. Dissapointing overall experience.
