Exceptional hotel, highly recommended. Great staff, responsive and attentive and friendly. Only downside the river/lake smell, but not going to blame the hotel for that, that's the city's fault!

The room was a good size and comfortable with a separate bedroom and lounge though you have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. The lighting was all with lamps controlled by switches and there weren’t enough sockets for charging devices without unplugging the lamps. The room was cleaned well daily. The breakfast at okra was quite good though we prefer momo in the neighbouring sister hotel courtyard Marriott. The executive club was fine but neither the wine nor tonic was cold. Staff at reception weren’t as helpful as they could have been and seemed limited in their knowledge about many things that I asked.

The property is beautifully built and maintained. Food is delicious, highly secured and clean rooms. I highly recommend this hotel to all other travelers

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The rooms are extremely old and poorly maintained, which completely ruined the overall experience.
The condition of the room was unacceptable — the flooring was broken and uneven, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to even walk around. There was a constant bad smell in the room, which made it very unpleasant to stay in. It felt like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned or aired out in a long time.
To make matters worse, the AC was not working properly, which is simply unacceptable, especially when staying in a hotel where basic comfort is expected. Despite paying for the stay, there was no sense of value or comfort at all.
Overall, the hotel lacks basic maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to guest comfort. I would strongly not recommend this place to anyone. Definitely not worth the money.

This hotel has become very old. Even if you ignore the smell from the lake, this hotel is falling apart. While in shower, I was drenched in muddy water. Literally. The staff was apologitic but it was enough for me to say enough with this hotel. Its not cheap for this kind of expereince.
