超赞 I arrived using a walker and the reception staff was very accommodating and came to me, sitting in the chair rather than standing counter. Throughout my stay They were very responsive. They checked in to see how I was doing when I informed them that I was not feeling well.
They always had a smile on their face and went above and beyond.

I have traveled to eighty countries over the course of my adult life, and the staff at the Fairmont Norfolk Hotel - top to bottom - is the most exceptional group I have ever encountered. They are competent, responsive and above all friendly. Every single member of the staff greeted us when we encountered them, and they accommodated all of our requests.

“WOW”…where do I begin. The staff was SO kind, played with our children, helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious! It was VERY family friendly! The game drives, watching hippos from the lookout, food, rooms, everything exceeded expectations! The game drives were incredible. We saw the big 5 the first day and learned about the ‘ugly’ five which we also saw! We loved our stay and would very much recommend to anyone considering. I’m glad we picked the Fairmont Masai Mara. It was luxury and safari vibes all in one spot! Thanks for a magical and memorable time!
