阿姆斯特丹 W 酒店 (W Amsterdam)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The best thing about this hotel was the location. You can walk to all the best sites. Also has a nice grocery in the back of the building. The gym was great. We did get an early check-in. The staff were mixed. Some were great and friendly. Others never said hi. Our room was not cleaned for two days. On the second day, they finally came at 5:30 PM. Our room was dated and needed a refresh. For $600 a night at a W hotel, I expected more.

Genial location and service

All good, however, the air-condition was not very cold..

Not worth the rate of the price.

The elevators didn’t work and the Wi-Fi could be better.

Nice

Everything was excellent and location was perfectly central

Location

It was an ok hotel. I was expecting it to be nicer.

Really nice place but their policies are whacked. Just a little too strict about things like, you can’t have your phone with you swimming in the pool — what you have wear by pool. You’re staying in the hotel but you have to reservations for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Party of 8 for dinner and they give you a preset menu for $109 per person minimum even for 10 year old kids. Not impressed. Drink menu is was ok! Beautiful views, great rooms, nice staff.
