Bon séjour, hôtel bien situé, literie confortable et bon accueil

Good location. Hotel rooms are a bit dated and very small with carpet floors, which I am personally not a fan of. Clean! Staff were great.

Nice hotel in an excellent location. Have stayed there twice now and would stay again.

Rooms were clean. Staff was polite and accommodating. Nice breakfast buffet. Quiet rooms too. Lots of shops. In the heart of the core. Yet quiet. Very pleased. Good job

Noise cancelation (all nights were too much noise from outside), also shower can be place higher.

Perfect location. Depending on where your room is (ours was next to a passageway below), we were on the 4th floor and the echo of people would resonate. The weather was perfect for open window sleeping, but I was awaken in the middle of the night as I am a light sleeper, so I had to close the window. The duvets were a little too heavy and early for early October. I wish I had a lighter blanket. I prefer cooler than warm when I sleep.

Hotel is situated within 500 yards of the four different major spaces of the city. With limited mobility you can still get comfortably to pleasant eating spaces and shopping. With more walking you can get to the river front and most of the main areas. Markets and street traders a plenty.

The hotel is 3 stars at best. Very basic, including paper cups for coffee and hot tea. I booked this hotel and cancelled the reservation with Accor Live Limitless on July 31. When I checked in, staff informed me that I had 2 reservations still for Aug 24, and he cancelled the booking with Accor Live Limitless for Auf 24, 1 night (even though I had proof of my cancelation). This morning, Aug 25th, hotel wanted to charge me again, which was incorrect. Staff checked me in (young man) on August 22 did not do his job. I have canceled the reservation 2 times (July 31 and Aug. 22). Hotel is so basic, 3 stars at most.

Excellent location and beautiful hotel!

Hotel was acceptable. The service was extraordinary, the staff were kind, and attentive. We did not take the breakfast, so cannot speak to the food quality. Location is excellent.
