The room was clean and nice. When we arrived, the front desk attendant stated we only had a reservation for 2 adults. The reservation was booked for 2 adults and 2 children. When l explained to the attendant that it was booked for 4 people, they said that they weren’t able to verify this and that there was no rooms available that night. When the attendant was asked how this issue was going to be resolved, they were very uncaring and unhelpful. Finally they asked for my confirmation. When we went to our room, it was made up and ready for 2 adults and 2 children. Their attitude and unhelpful was not customer friendly.

This staff is most accommodating and everything was convenient to the location. I will definitely make my next day in Paris at this establishment.

Very comfy hotel but the majority of the restaurant staff are terrible and completely uninterested in looking after guests. Due to this wouldn't look to stay again

The room was relatively clean however the restaurant and the breakfast areas were filthy!!! The old decor look covers up the true cleanliness of these areas and the hotel generally. I booked a room with 2 twin beds for 1 night and paid £400 5 nights before my stay. I was given a single room with 2 single beds joined together??????

Very nice room and convenient location for work trip.
