The property was beautiful and the staff extremely helpful. Not only were they helpful, but sincerely friendly and gracious. The location was good and the room so comfortable. My only criticism, is that the connected casino waives parking for guests spending $50 for the night. The hotel charges $55 a night. I wish I had known that since I had been playing at the casino nightly. When I asked them if they could honor this, the answer was a very polite…NO.

Our stay at JW Marriott was exceptional from start to finish. We spent several days celebrating a special birthday, and every moment exceeded our expectations.
The hotel is stunning, with beautiful views, elegant facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. Every staff member we encountered was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. Their attention to detail made our celebration even more memorable.
The dining experience was outstanding. Honey Salt served delicious food, with every dish perfectly prepared. We also visited The Victor late at night, and despite the hour, the manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. The service was impeccable, and we felt truly valued.
The spa was relaxing and luxurious, the gym clean and well-equipped, and the jacuzzi the perfect place to unwind. We also appreciated the valet team, who were efficient, courteous, and always ready to help.
What impressed us most was the hospitality throughout the property. Everyone made us feel special, and the service consistently surpassed expectations.
Thank you to the entire JW Marriott team for making this birthday celebration unforgettable. We created wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious, memorable experience.
