Pluses: Staff is excellent, well maintained, valet, bell boys, front desk very attentive. I was concerned about valet only but it worked out well, didn’t have to wait too long. Pool table was great. Negative: water pressure in shower was horrible, took a long time to take a shower, pool and jacuzzi very small. Had to drive every time you needed something. No restaurant. Probably would stay again for the right price. Stayed here in summer. Could walk to a Heavenly ski lift in winter.

很好 A coffee bar that opened up earlier than 7am would be nice
And a regular cocktail bar would be awesome too .
Rooms are good . Need better lighting in the bathrooms and an exhausts would be good too

Pool is very small . Mostly kids in it. Hot tub small as well mostly kids in it. Coffee shop needs to be open later 7to 11 are weird hours had to leave property for coffee after 11 am Maybe a continental breakfast . The game room was so small as well you can’t shoot pool and play video games at the same time. No bar . Really nothing to offer but a room to be honest . We had to leave the property for everything. Not close to the lake at all .

Room was spacious and very clean. The fridge was a good size and location was convenient for the activities we chose. The lobby was also spacious and comfortable.

There is no parking outside and no street parking on that block either, valet in a parking garage is the only option so you better bring a small vehicle, a truck will not fit and you’ll be forced to park around the block and walk back up to the hotel. There is no restaurant or bar or any food available onsite. The rooms are hot and never get totally dark. It felt more like a motel than a Hilton. Even our children were unhappy and asked that we not have to stay there again.
