Great staff always happy and helpful. Rooms are small but nice - hot and miss on what works or if you get a to remote but a great place

staff were a bit blunt but relatively helpful, room was really nice, so was restaurant

They have it together.

Great hotel really friendly hotel staff, great location next to the tube

Staff was great! Minor details made the stay less than perfect. AC in my room would turn off after a few hours, carpet

A great hotel with amazing staff, somethings are a bit wobbly but they are so helpful and resolve for you asap

Room was dirty, still have grease marks on the sofa from the last guest. Waiting to check out in a queue and reception just ignored me and spoke to 2 other people even after I said there is a queue. Breakfast not served until 9am, terrible as I was there on business. Don't bother booking.

We arrived 45min before the 2pm check in, exhausted and tired. Staff charged us 10pounds per room for early check in!!! Then said they would charge 10pounds and we can hang out together in 1 room until 2pm. Then return to reception to get access to the other room. Then gave us immediate access to both rooms and charged us 10 pounds!!! Really!

This place doesn’t look like it does in the photos at all. The rooms are dirty and rusty, the lamp in our room different work. Allegedly there was a pool, but I never saw it. Elevator is tiny and can only fit 3 people max. Not in the best part of town. Don’t pay more than like £70 for this, and that’s pushing it.

First time staying at this hotel and it was great . Staff really helpful. Great facilities and very convenient to the tube
