超赞 Hotel is extremely clean and well presented. The staff are all very polite and helpful if needed . Highly recommend this hotel. I actually decided not to go home and stay an additional night.

很好单人出行
Very nice comfortable bed & room except for loud noises from traffic & other guests slamming doors. Room was very clean, enjoyed staying here. Friendly staff. I will stay here again when my wife & I are on vacation or business trip. I’m sorry that a nail sticking out of a chair in the restaurant pierced the skin on my wife’s leg the first day here. The hotel management only put a bandage on her injury. I feel like something more should have been done by management to prevent this from happening & to show their respect. If someone was hurt in my restaurant, I would at least offer them the meal to be complimentary rather than being charged.

No hot water available in the morning,
Had to keep calling the front desk each morning & they would send someone to fix. One morning, maintenance guy said the issue was the water heater was not working.

The check in and check out process is inefficient and takes too long. Even for pre-paid, booked online reservations.
The Wi-FI is still problematic still and below industry standards.
The bell desk, bag support and transportation support staff is a positive. Very helpful and friendly.
