萨默塞特酒店 (Somerset Hotel)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Clean & quite often

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel need to include local TV channels as only satellite tv was available,

My mistake when booking because I did not know the difference between deluxe and standard. I spoke with the hotel and now understood the difference.

The room was clean, with good facilities (kettle, fridge etc), housekeeping services was excellent. I would definitely recommend Somerset for value for money hotels choices.

Bad room, bad toilet, bad bed, bad service. Ask hotel staff about my room condition but they just ignore. The room not clean, i am not coming again and not recommend to others.

ottimo hotel, servizio e gentilezza del personale buono. posizione vicina a molti luoghi interessanti

The hotel is located in a quiet corner of Miri which ensures a pleasant stay but at the same time putting most locations in the town within walking distance. Across the road is the Kwantung cafe which offers delicious Miri comfort foods including Diang Miang Hu and Kolok Mee. There is also a cafe offering "Western" favourites; and a well-stocked groceries stores where you can purchase drinks (for the empty hotel fridge) and snacks.

Hotel allows smoking so there is a strong smoke smell which is rather unpleasant. Hotel is close to many amenities

As you open the door to the reception area, the air is unhealthy. It fill your lung with the smoking smell. Not good for young children or with asthma condition people. I was coughing while waiting for check-in but the receptionist was friendly.

Strategic location
