The hotel staff are wonderful, and the restaurant was absolutely delicious! They were incredibly accommodating—when I requested a room on a higher floor, they moved me immediately. Throughout my stay, the team was responsive, friendly, and respectful, which made a big difference.
The location is excellent, and I really enjoyed the pool—it was the perfect temperature and very clean. I also loved the thoughtful touch of fresh fruit being left in my room every day.
I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel room was fairly spacious and clean and it was nice to take a dip in the pool. We also ended up using a tour of Angkor Watt through this hotel and it was super helpful to have everything organised.

Everyone was so helpful and nice. We were greeted immediately with a cool towel and a juice drink. Our flight came in around 10 a.m. which means we got to the hotel well before the 2 p.m. check in but they were able to let us check in early. Pro tip, the hotel offers a pick up/drop off from the air port at a specific price. It is very much the going rate for the ride, so just accept their ride. We did not because previous hotels overcharged for this service and it would have been much easier to get a ride from Saem Siem Reap Hotel.
Breakfast was good and the salt water pool was so refreshing after visiting the temples. All around beautiful place to stay.
