Everything was great. Staff was great rooms. Great they were going through a little maintenance cause they’re updating it but the whole place was great.

Clean property, noisy hallway.

This was my second time staying at this property everyone was very kind! The guy at the front desk Johnny was an absolute pleasure very kind offering us help when we came in all the way to the time we left! The only downside was they were fixing the pool so I couldn’t get in during the day but it was opened during the afternoons and late nights so that was nice!

The smell when you walked into the lobby was unreal - musty. It was intense, and not a little bit. However, luckily our room on the 3rd floor did not smell at all (if it had the same smell, we would not have been staying.) The room was spacious and beds comfortable. Trying to get someone at the lobby was difficult. I was then told they were “short staffed.” I will say the bartender was insanely nice. The pool was terrible, super rough bottom as well as so much sand in the pool - not sure how, as there was no sand near by. Also, our one day we had planned a head of time for a relax/pool day - the pool was closed for maintenance. I’ve stayed in many hotels on the same rd, and this is by far the least favourite so far.

The breakfast could be improved. Everything else was fine.

Booked for the amenities and pool. Tuesday the first night, asked if the bar was open and the front desk said they didn’t have a bartender that night, didn’t see one until Friday. “Pool side bar” is not a thing. The whole stay, 9am banging from the floor above us because of a remodel they didn’t inform us was happening, I booked in February, check in was May 19th. No notice. One of the days the front door was blocked off for more remodel, still no notice until I came back from the store and couldn’t enter through the front. No one came in our room, my husband gave the dirty towels to someone in the hall and was told we would get fresh ones, that didn’t happen. Saturday breakfast is supposed to be until 10:30am, it was completely broken down at 10am. My kids enjoyed the stay so I’m happy about that at least.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise: food was good and lots of options. The negative side was that the hotel was under renovation. The lobby had a terrible smell and the pool was under repair for one day.

Loved the breakfast! Staff was very nice and welcoming.
