Staff were very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. Firstly, the staff were amazing. They were friendly, helpful and attentive. The best staff ever! The rooms were clean and quite modern. The buffet breakfast was 5 star. From freshly squeezed juices to bagels. Nothing was too much to ask for. We will return. 🙏

I stayed alone in my room and unfortunately experienced the same hygiene problems during my stay. Late at night, I noticed multiple insects inside the room and around the bed area. For a hotel operating under the Marriott brand, this was honestly shocking and extremely disappointing. What disturbed me the most was not only the insects themselves, but also the condition they left behind. After discovering larvae inside my luggage and clothing, I no longer felt comfortable bringing many of my belongings back home. I had to throw away several personal items and purchase replacements during my trip. I specifically chose this hotel because I expected international brand standards, cleanliness, and reliability. Instead, I spent the night stressed, uncomfortable, and seriously questioning the hygiene conditions of the property. This experience was far below the standards I expected from a globally recognized hotel chain.

I have never experienced such a disturbing hotel stay in my life. We woke up in the middle of the night to my wife screaming because there were numerous insects crawling on the bed and around the room. One of the insects bit me and caused a serious reaction, forcing me to go to the hospital and pay significant medical expenses. Even worse, the insects left larvae inside our luggage and clothing, which forced us to throw away many of our belongings and buy replacements. Knowing that these kinds of risks can exist in Bali, I specifically chose the Marriott brand because I trusted it as a global and reliable hotel chain. However, what we experienced was completely unacceptable. Our room was not changed until around 2:00 AM, and the stress we experienced was indescribable.

Pool is nice

Clean place and helpful staff. However, the breakfast was disappointing — I could barely find anything to eat. In the mornings, all breakfast tables were occupied, so we had to eat in the lobby. I also think the refrigerator in the room was not working properly, as it seemed to shut off when we left the room or turned off the lights. As a result, our food went bad.

Property is just ok, nothing special regarding the room. Location is central to many things in seminyak. Breakfast was just ok.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, I could not fault them. The breakfast buffet was really good I recomend it. The bedspread and towels looked a little worn and tired, like they could do with replacing and the shower could do with a good deep clean. My stay did not wow me but did not disapoint either.

Overall, the hotel was good. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean daily. Tge wifi had no issues. Breakfast was good each morning.

It is an old hotel, the room we stayed in was dusty, the aircon has an old dusty smell coming from it. The room is overall humid, the sheets felt a little damp from it. Noise cancelation not satisfactory. Could hear neighbours early in the room. Wasn't a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was nice.
