Nice white fluffy towels, bedding was clean (no strangers hair, stains or holes. Staffs were very helpful. Breakfast could use a little more of protein instead of just boiled eggs. Overall experience was great

Breakfast was sparse, small room, always under supervision, no coffee lids
Must pay for ice, poor insulation for noise between floors & walls, no lotion in bathroom, limited outlets, and only one chair. OK.
Excessive noise at night outside.

The parking is terrible. There isn't enough for all the rooms so you're lucky to get a parking spot.
The TV in our room (116) did not work, it was glitchy
They have a dumb lock on the pool gate so you have to have two people to open it or two totally free hands.
The furniture is from the 70's. But the bed was comfortable.

We were not ok with staying in this location and had prebooked 2 nights.
as soon as we arrived we we went to front desk to ask for only
One night (paying at arrival) - they d
Denied and said they couldn’t do that even if we were staying the following night.
called hotels, and they couldn’t get this changed or refunded either .
Don’t recommend due to service (we did not stay the following night)

Tuve una estadía perfecta 3 noches . desde la atención para registrarme (José) la dama en el desayuno y el personal de limpieza todo muy bien ...lo recomiendo a todos está bien ubicado no necesitas mandar a Disney ya que el servicio de shufle está a 2 esquinas (toy history ) .. yo volveré a esta propiedad

The manager was very kind, and young front desk person so helpful. There were some issues with another worker who continued to threaten my kid adults they would have to pay first towels if stolen or damaged. Additionally, housekeeping stands in the food area for breakfast and supervises that you do not leave with any food. Just a strange experience. We were booked a week or would have left, otherwise it was clean and quiet.
