Great Location, good service as we arrived after hours!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. You get a complimentary car park when you book your room. Great value for staying overnight in the city of Melbourne.

Great location. Lovely staff. Clean and homely.

The staff were very nice ,most helpful in letting us leave our car just a little longer ,to do an early medical procedure. It is a great location for anything, one would want to do in Melbourne .

Room was clean and tidy. Close to the hospital. Friendly staff.

Room was spacious

The room was spotless, the staff was amazing. Only thing was we could not use the internet but they were very quick to move us to a different room.

Overall good but cleanliness of bathroom was to be desired.

I liked the location and convenience. The room size was good too, even if the shower was a little tight. However, when we arrived the bed room airconditioner was open and showing very dirty dusty filters. It looked like it had previously been taped together. I reported this, pointing out the health and fire risks of leaving filters dirty. When we came back to the room the cover was shut and taped up. A quick look up in the air outlet showed that the filters hadn't been cleaned, just left and the cover taped. This is dangerous and unacceptable. Air Con filters need to be cleaned every three months. We also noted that the air vent on the airconditioner in the living area appeared to be warped from heat..........not sure what the air filters were like in it but if they were the same, you are risking a fire in the premises. I'm keeping a copy of this report and would be very interested to provide it to your insurers in the event of a fire!!! MFB would also be interested in reading it!

Just brilliant. I booked a simple room for myself. My Mum ended up joining me. Exceeded expectations. Excellent location to tram 86 from Spencer and everything I needed. I will be back.
