Very helpful staff

Good place for basic stay. The beds are a little too soft for my taste. I’d like to see more vegan options for breakfast, such as vegan milk for the coffee and vegan yogurt.

A lovely hotel tucked away in Buitenveldert, close to the tram stop to get into the center of the city or to the airport. Very friendly staff and good breakfast.

Well placed for Amstel Park and the Rai conference centre

First day I arrive, they provide me with a room that smells cigarette, have hair in the bed and pee in the toilet set. They move me a other room. And give me 2 drinks as apology. The room 216 Was cleaner. however the AC wasn’t able to turn off or increase the temperature. They said they will fix it or move me to other room, but nothing happened. I requested 3 times. The shower drain was blocked and food all the bathroom. I stay 3 nights, I end up going home sick. Very disappointed.

Good breakfast

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I want to acknowledge Alexandra at the front desk, she was very helpful. Breakfast had lots of good choices.

We loved staying here. The staff was very nice and helpful. They also let us store our luggage there early so we could get out and enjoy the city. This was a great place to stay.
