Conveniently located on the outer edges of the city and easily accessible from the ring road. Good tram access to the centre of Nantes. Friendly, multi-lingual staff who really went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Clean comfortable rooms. Our family room with interconnecting doors made a real difference and the Nespresso coffee machine was very welcoming indeed!

We needed a last minute hotel as our hotel room we had booked had been cancelled and this was close to where our friends were staying. It was convenient and clean and close and the lady at the desk was absolutely wonderful and bilingual!

Was a little disappointed that we couldn't get anything to eat we haven't realised the restaurant doesn't open on Sundays. There was no kettle to make a hot drink. Just a funny little coffee machine that we couldn't even get to work and the breakfast really wasn't that good. reception staff were lovely. Reception area was very nice.
