满意孩子同行
Travel with a family of 4= 2 adults and 2 Kids.
The good: hotel has a good location overall and good staff
Water Refill station and ICE machine.
The bad:
For breakfast is just some bread 2 different fruits to choose from and coffe or juice.
You can hear to outside noise way to much in your room.
Parking will cost you around 50 a day maybe less depending where you park.

很好孩子同行
The room was so clean and cute!! The lobby was 10/10. Our only issues were the A/C unit and water pressure. Given that, we’d totally stay there again

Jay A. made our stay excellent! He was very welcoming & professional & helped us check in early, with giving recommendations in the area, always greeted us, & helped us with luggage holding as our flight was delayed. The hotel is a great central location close to a variety of transit options, safe, & comfortable stay. Would recommend & stay again

满意 The hotel is in an excellent location for visiting Chinatown, the wharf, cable car rides, and Union Square. Note that the shower floor is extremely slippery. The hotel doesn't have bath mats. Also housekeeping forgot to leave towels in the room. More staff should be hired when expecting a lot of guests. Check in was very slow.
