Zefiro Suites

For being in a high traffic area, we could not hear anything from outside. The luggage lift to get our very heavy bags up to the third floor was brilliant. And the staff was extremely prepared to help us navigate checkin and checkout.

Accueil cordial personnel sympathique chambre propre localisation parfaite!

Our room was clean and comfortable. What made this booking exceptional was the lengths Sergio went to in order to help us find our way to Zefiro Suites after our GPS stopped working. He actually found us in the city and escorted us to our destination. In all my years of traveling, I have never had such help, all with a kind and generous disposition. He truly was a trip savior. Thank you Sergio!

Foi uma grata surpresa!! Atendimento excelente. Obrigado

The staff was friendly, helpful and very accessible

Great choice: perfect location with everything walking distance & very nice host - she even let us check-in in advance

the attractions are at walkable distance from the suite. A bit noisy at night because there is a bar next to it. They provide earplugs but we were able to sleep without the earplugs. the room was clean. we stayed here for 3 nights. There was no hot water in the second night (likely the boiler was emptied)
