巴东湾住所 (Patong Bay Residence)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The hotel is well situated if you want it a bit quieter, it's only a short walk to the beach and about 15 mins into the heart of Patong. The hotel was clean and well presented, even with work being carried out on it, that did not disturb us at all. The staff were very helpful and very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The only downside which we didn't see when we booked was that it's close to a mosque and the call to prayer rang out several times a day.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Patong. The location was perfect close to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife, but still quiet enough to relax comfortably. The room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained with a beautiful view. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They made the whole experience feel welcoming and enjoyable. The breakfast had many delicious options, and the pool area was amazing for relaxing after a long day. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and offered excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Patong.

Yes shops where near hotel

Overall the hotel is a 3.5 star hotel when looking on pictures online the rooms seemed a lot bigger than reality that is fine to a degree. The breakfast selection could have been slightly bigger but was good.. We will put in the side building, not the main building where breakfast, gym, bar, pool are located Staff were good. Room service was good and rooms and hotel was clean and tidy.

This hotel is more like a 3 star than 4. The rooms are dirty with marks on the walls and bedding. Stains were on the walls and it's clear they don't do a deep clean in the rooms.

Clean and spacious room, good location. Slow staff

Staff very friendly, beautiful new rooms, very clean and good distance from the beach.

super clean place and welcoming staff

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very courteous.

Upon arrival/check in they ask you for two thousand baht as a security deposit. which was definitely unexpected. They were also low on towels so we only received two bathing towels, They did not have anything else to provide. This place is also far walking distance from all the main streets/ bangla road.
