The room was clean, spacious yet missing hair conditioner. The spa was helpful when asked questions however information was not always accurate. Please know if you want to do laundry it can take two to three days to be ready. Limited drinks at different times and restaurants. Went to the spa, they just show me where need to change and shower, however nobody showed me where was the sandals after changing, needs more clarity on where to wait while is your turn, massage was ok but felt cheap, in some point after body scrub and showered I was trying to let the massage therapist that I was ready but nobody answered for a couple of minutes to the point I had to stepped out of the room but she was not there at all and showed up later. Once finished the massage I was so disoriented and nobody was outside showing the way and saying thank you (I was going to tip her for her services but nobody was there), definitely room to improve. Family friendly definitely. Overall a good place to stay.

They tell you that you have all these amenities or complimentary stuff but they leave out the important details. I had a gift certificate only to find out that you can only use at restaurants within the hotel and not when you check out to cover the room charges. The complimentary drinks, it does not state that you can only claim it at a specific restaurant. The complimentary massage, they would not even accommodate us for the whole time we were there. So those were useless! The transportation, when you call for one, it takes forever for a small resort!

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Family friendly

Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and that they responded quickly with energies we had. My son had medical emergency and the staff quickly came to rush him ro the in-house clinic to patch him up. Our son also got lost for 30 min as he continued to walk ahead. Security rushed into action and was able to locate him quickly. We left a cell phone in the service van we used and front desk did everything they could to help identify the vehicle and driver. They changed our room when we had unruly neighbors who checked into 4 rooms surrounding us. They were loud until 1am yelling, laughing out loud, slamming doors, loud knocking on each other's doors, and kids screaming at each other as they got in the pool late at night. The only negative side about this place is the accessibility to a tuk tuk to explore outside the resort. Food was good ay the restaurants bur breakfast was mediocre. The great staff definitely outweighed any negativity.

The food was not very good. Several items were undercooked and some were cold when they should have been hot. We expected much better for how expensive it was. Also, we have a special needs child and we informed to them in advance, but they still had little to no care about his well-being. There was an team building event that was very noisy and they did nothing to help. But whenever our child was overly excited and made noise because of his sensory challenges they were very quick to tell us to have him quiet down. They claim to be pro children with disabilities, but this was not our experience and we caution others to with children with sensory challenges to question the staff extensively before booking to make sure they have a chance for a better time than we had.

Excellent property will come again

All Staff were exceptional 5× The property is however can be 3-4☆ at best but is TRY-ing hard. Ground and rooms are vrry clean 5☆. The 50meter wide Beach 1☆ access needs daily maintenance. Food mediocre 3☆. Some fees are not necessary (lost towel fee 25$- really?) Complimentary game room not really 'free'. As said, big pat on back to hard working staff but some policies can be better. Look forward to future visit and hope to see further improvements. Thank you PB staff for your warm welcome and hospitality.

Very family and elderly friendly however bed had termites or some kind of pest that were falling on my mom. So much so a room switch had to happen.

Staff was wonderful hotel was nice and relaxing restaurants where just okay.
