Staff came in without knocking when we needed help with the TV. Roaches near restroom. Pull out couch was terrible. The key to get into the door sucked, we only got in after about 7 times of trying. Check out process was easy though.

If I could give this hotel a zero, I would. First of all, the hotel isn’t even named what Expedia says the name is. It was hard to find.. the hotel itself was dirty. The walls were black, it smelled like mold, and the bed was yellow instead of white. The couch was not like in the pictures. It looks like they found it out in a dumpster. Also, they don’t answer their dang phone. This place is disgustingly bad! Don’t stay here. The pictures are false advertising..stay somewhere else! Do yourself a favor! This place is bad! I didn’t even stay here because it was horrible!

Well first of all the commode was loose and wably and there were no extra towels for us to use there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and there was no safety locks on the door it was broken we felt very insecure
