The rooms were clean and the staff was kind...but I had three major issues:
1. I was overcharged 40 euros at dinner on my first night at the hotel for a bottle of wine that I did not order....the waiter removed the charge...but if I hadn't looked over the bill, I would have never known.
2. The hair dryer in our room only worked for about 30-45 seconds at a time...then had to wait to let it cool off each time.
3. After returning late at night and going to our room on the fifth floor, our key didn't work...so we had to go back down to the lobby...two times....to have them recharge our keys. Not really a big deal, except when it's late and at the end of the day and you just want to get to your room to get settled for the night.

Breakfast was good always a varied selection. Staff were polite and helpful. We stayed in a superior room which was amazing and had extra amenities and grat views. We then moved before to a standard for our tour group. Standard room was as you would expect clean and comfortable. Great location.
