There was no kitchen available, but you can get hot water for tea at the reception. The pods were clean but they have a very thin mattress. The showers and bathrooms were kept clean even though the pods were all full. I love the cafe onsite.

Excellent location. Not prefectly clean but decent especially for the price.

Central location, cLean basic room staff very friendly. Will definitely be looking at staying with this company again.

The lockers could’ve been bigger as it was tough to put my suitcase in there so I had to end up putting it on my bunk bed and setting it next to the window so I could sleep.

Not a good experience. They have thrown away my stuff from the room.

8 bed door was way too cramped and the music did not need to be playing at 8am in the morning. Court yard was too loud which is fine until about 10pm but not acceptable at 1am for example

Absolutely terrible Staff the room the facility provided This hotel is run on the basis of being something it’s not At best it’s a average 2 star hotel It literally survives on marketing and when you get there it’s terrible The staff the food everything it’s the worst hotel I have ever stopped in The breakfast was literally cheese ham and turkey ham along with fruit and some bread rolls served on a table Absolute sham do not book this !!

We enjoyed our stay here everything was great, location, room and staff. We had an issue with shower when we first arrived and reported to reception straight away and the maintenance person was there within 10minutes sorting the problem! Only thing I would say as we were in a twin room could've done with somewhere to put clothing whilst we were on our stay.

It's hard for them to keep the rooms clean when you share a room with multiple travelers but offering slippers or socks as well as making clear rules about where you can wear your shoes, or how to help keep it clean could be useful. I didn't see the cleaning staff while I stayed there but the late check out and luggage storage was super handy.
