Very nice stay. Nice room. A bit difficult to stream from phone to tv but apart from that ok,

Excellent clean and well designed rooms, friendly staff and easy check-in for the stress-free holiday.

Staff were great and bed was really comfortable

The hotel overall was as expected for a budget hotel. It was clean and came with all basic requirements and amenities you would expect. What really set my stay apart though was surprisingly the breakfast. Across the board hotel's seem to be cutting back on the quality and offering of their breakfast offers but they certainly haven't here. It caters for a wide range of dietary requirements and the quality and quantity of food offered was excellent. It really set my stay apart and I'd be heavily inclined to return here on this basis alone.

Lobby was super airconned and really refreshing. Staff were attentive. Room was very warm, does need aircon ideally. Was okay for 1 night, would have struggled with more. Location was great.

Clean, late in check in and checkout. good location close to Westfield

Very good and easy booking in

The location was excellent for us, and the bar being open quite late was really handy

Some of the fittings in the shower room were rusty or fallen off the wall

Good price and everything you would expect from an IBIS, location is on the older side of Stratford and for that reason will not be returning but great price and convenient to get into London & around
