贝拉斯艺术缓慢套房酒店 (Slow Suites Bellas Artes)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Luxury and spacious apartment hotel. Clean properties and close to shopping and dining area. Even though there is no reception desk, Staff is very responsive by email. Digital key is easy to use and convenient. Overall we are very happy with our stay.

The room is very spacious. Please refer to it as an apartment, not a hotel. There is no reception, and you cannot leave your luggage before or after your stay, which can be a major inconvenience if you're traveling internationally with bags and your check-in or check-out times don't align with your travel schedule.

The location was the best part, very central The rooms were small and we had the most difficult time getting in touch with the host. I called multiple times with no answer and ended up calling hotels.com to relay the message. There was air conditioning which functioned well during the heatwave that we had. Probably will not stay there again though.

Excellent location near Retiro park, museums and shopping areas. Spacious apartment in a central but quiet location

La ubicación es perfecta, tiene A/C, excelente para familia con niños cerca del metro

Our stay was excellent. The location was perfect, everything we needed was close by, and the property was exactly as described.Any small issues that came up were resolved within minutes, and the communication was outstanding throughout the entire stay. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Very large apartment in a great location. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, large living room, large dining room and table, fully equipped kitchen. Washer. Very quiet.

Superb property and great stay. In an ideal spot in madrid

Great location, very spacious modern apartment, the receptionist was very accommodating.

The apartment has a lot going for it, especially if you are staying for more than a couple of days. The property is enormous and offers plenty of space to relax comfortably. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore the area while still having a convenient place to return to after a long day. One of the best aspects is how well equipped the apartment is. It includes pretty much everything you might need during your stay, from a washing machine and ironing board to a coffee maker and other practical amenities that make it feel more like a temporary home than a standard rental. On the downside, the apartment is beginning to show noticeable wear and tear. Right now it is still acceptable, but some areas already feel tired, and without maintenance the aging will soon become much more apparent. A bit of refreshing and upkeep would make a big difference, because the property itself has a lot of potential.
