We’ve stayed here several times. Always book because you can’t beat the location and it’s one of the only properties on the beach with loungers and shade. It’s a great value for that. It is very basic and budget like other reviews mention. We were aware of that but as mentioned here a little upkeep would go a long way. Replace lightbulbs, some fresh bedding, paint, shower and toilet updates, raking the lounger area and keeping it clean… Our main issue this trip is that there isn’t any security on the property so random people come and use the private lounger area and leave trash behind and a few nights kids would be out there drinking and playing music until really late. Don’t really want to be out on the balcony with that going on. No one comes to clean and the trash was there for days. I don’t know if this is a low season or staffing issue (although we’ve been in May and June before) but it is unfortunate to see such a cute place with huge potential deteriorating.

Very nice place in a great Puebla

We had a great ocean view. Cute little apartment, 1 bed 1 bath. Nice staff. Only thing I can say was bad was the shower head, needed a new one, and a little stingy on the linens. It also had a little spiral staircase off your balcony to go to beach. Very convenient.

The room was clean and the staff were great. The beach was lovely. Set back and sheltered from the wind for when it is gusty. The pool wasn't so great, and this was across the alley. It should have been noted that there are multiple buildings so we didn't have the expectation that we were beachfront. I would stay there again, but I would clarify.

Outdated furniture and the sheets and towels felt like sand paper. The location is excellent, the staff are great, rooms very clean but whoever owns this property should invest in decor and linen. In a way it's a shame. The property has so much potential.

Room was spotless, and everything needed provided. Only comment for improvement would be better pillows. But they were like many or most of the pillows in Mexico, very hard and oversized. Actual soft pillows would make them a cut above. Otherwise great location, nice beach chairs, loved our stay.

We stayed in #103. The condo was definitely neglected, many tiles throughout were chipped, appliances were a bit rusted. The furniture was old. The mattress was probably the worst mattress we've ever slept on. We took the mattress from the 2nd bed and put it on top of the other and it was a little better. A lot of sleepless hours during each night. The spout for the bottle of water they had worked poorly and was messy (lots of spilled water), If you need more water during your stay, it's 40 pesos. The door lock for the front door is possibly the worst lock ever, plus you need a key for the front door, the sliding door and the safe, so carrying 3 keys around all day is the norm. Dori at the front desk was nice, the beach was great and the ocean view from our condo was fantastic. We wouldn't stay here again.
