Very good location. Room was pleasant and comfortable.

Stayed here with my family and young kids. The rooms were clean, modern, and stroller-friendly. Although the building itself is a bit dated (like many buildings in downtown), the rooms have been nicely refreshed, so once you’re inside, you hardly notice the age of the property. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. We also had great views from our suite, which made the stay even more enjoyable. My only minor complaint was that the TV wasn’t a Smart TV, so entertainment options for the kids were limited to the available cable channels. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily stay here again the next time we’re in Vancouver.

Davie Street is a very busy place. Lots of people and cars. If you get a room high up you don’t hear the street action. Nice to have an apartment so you can do your own meals but some great restaurants nearby.

It was a really stay!

Walked into an active bed bug infestation. Night staff was unhelpful and could only put us in a replacement room that was very dingy and had stained mattresses. Needless to say we booked a different hotel asap. When I reached out to customer service they attempted to contact the property but the hotel was unresponsive and I was unable to get a direct refund. Unfortunately a very negative experience.

Good location in proximity to bus routes, Stanley park and Granville island. Nice pool - deep for little kids though so come prepared. Rooms are compact but well outfitted to eat and tidy up at home. Having in-room laundry was extremely useful after beach days! Push the staff if you need advice or directions. All are equally trained but some are much less effusive and voluntarily helpful.

Staff was incredibly polite and helpful. We were on a road trip with our large family and overloaded vehicle. Staff was proactively helpful in getting us parked and settled in. Rooms were comfy and clean and all had balconies. Deep pool with a nice lounge area. Only downside is that the AC was either in the bedroom or the living area but not both.

Good location. Nice welcome gift. The only thing I was disappointed with is that I didn't notice the cancellation date was one month from my booking date; I usually book fully refundable until a few days before the arrival date. I had found a better deal in a better location later and went to cancel, then saw that it was too late to get a full refund, so I kept it.

Amazing stay very hospitable and great employees

Hotel had a terrible smell, the front desk staff offered another room, but same issue. In my opinion, I would not recommend this property to anyone. We ended up paying for one night as a penalty, didn’t even stay at the property.
