Our second stay here, great value for money and easy to access. My only complaint this trip is that the outside hallway lights coming into the room were horrendous, so bright with no curtain on the kitchen window making the room super bright at night time. I'd definatley reccomend the property adding blackout curtains to the kitchen window.

Clean

The hotel itself was lovely, and the location was nice. Unfortunately though shortly after checking in and entering our room, I missed a small step at the entrance and fell, resulting in a sprained ankle. The injury was significant enough that I had to leave the hotel early and seek urgent medical care. I contacted reception immediately using the room phone to report what had happened. While a small packet of ice was delivered to the room, I was disappointed by the lack of empathy, concern, or follow-up from the staff. At a time when I was in considerable pain and distress, I felt there was very little care or compassion shown. While the property itself was nice, the response to a guest injury left me feeling unsupported.

Room was very tired with TV and microwave very poor.

Parking excellent, staff very helpful and friendly, kitchen well stocked and linen also well stocked. Room was very clean. Next visit I would book a room with a balcony or court yard. Position in South Perth was excellent. Really enjoyed our stay.

These apartments are in a fantastic location with the best view of Perth there is. The rooms are generous in size and are very clean. The kitchenette is well equipped with a large fridge and everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay and we'll be back.

What can I say about the Peninsula Riverside, a perfect location for Perth and the surrounding areas, with a short walk to the ferry over to Elizabeth Quay area. We will hopefully return when next in Perth, and will recommend it to our friends and family,, thanks again to the team at Peninsula Riverside for making our stay that much better.

Internet was very slow, no AC in the bedroom which was very hot on the first night, no door on the bedroom which allowed light from the kitchen window in (bright light directly outside kitchen window and poor light blocking venetian blind). This accommodation was as expensive as a 5 star hotel in the city. Nice location with restaurants and supermarket close by, good access to ferry and open spaces for exercising and zoo.
