The room was damp and dusty, no housekeeping on a multiple night stay, the cleanliness standard was very low and heating inadequate. The room did not meet nor match advertised expectations. Such a shame as the location is very pretty. Not at all worthy of pricing.

Could smell cigarette smoke from inside our room due to a permanent opening at the window.

The room was clean, up to date, private and very comfortable. Close to the ocean and river walks and shops. The best place to stay in the north of tassie.
