Check in was great, bartender had a heavy pour. Some miscommunication was made regarding late checkout. I received a checkout of 1230, original was at 11. Receptionist called at noon regarding the 11am, I clarified that my early was granted. Seemed pretty annoyed, but no issues. Still awaiting my incidental to be paid back. Room was clean, but a tad musty. 15th floor. 1st time here. Might do it again. 7.8/10.
